Help! I Cannot Stop Myself From Eating
I admit, I always rant about my wanting to loose some weight, actually a lot of weight. I always include this on my New Years Resolution, promised gazillion times that I’ll do something about my rapid weigh increse. Like I’ll go to gym, or eat only fruits and vegetables, or go on liquid diet, or only nesvita, or only oatmeal, or the no rice diet but I feel dizzy by doing all of that. Yes I tried everything but after a week or so, I quit
I cannot stop eating, I crave for chocolates. That is why after a week of being on diet or so, I ate everything from chocolates to fast food deliveries. I need help really to stop this kind of thinking, huhu.
It is like I wanna do something about it but my mouth doesn’t want to cooperate. Or is it my brain who doesn’t want to cooperate because I am always thinking about the food that I love.
I dunno if its depression or any psychological problem but I am really having a hard time loosing weight. I really envy every blog that I’ve read that they had lost a lot of weight even after pregnancy. Geeezzz my last pregnancy is 6 years ago and I still look like a 9 months pregnant mama, huhu.
I dunno how to start and how to do it right, but I know now is the time to loose all the extra weight that I am loaded now.

Don’t take pills promising to reduce weight fast. Create a daily schedule of activities (including less amount of food each meal) and stick to it. Try to stay away from places where you can buy food (including your kitchen).
If you can’t really control yourself even if you get yourself busy from your daily activities. Then I would suggest that you lock your kitchen and throw the keys in Pasig river! Joke lang! LOL!

I’m also a food lover myself, so I cannot offer you a good advice for this.
I just can relate to your situation. I can’t stop myself from eating a lot.
Some say it has to do with finding the right combination - one diet program may work for one group of people, while another group may find another diet program effective.
I’m trying this one out.

Sarap kumain! Sometimes, especially before my period, I eat and imagine what to eat next. After the sweet, I want something salty, after that, something spicy, then sour, then sweet again. hehehe
The diet that really helped me lose weight was the Atkins high protein-low carb diet. Kaya lang I love pastries and bread that’s why I stopped it. I went no rice for a couple of years, but when we have Binagoongan, Laing or any ginataan at home, I can’t resist!
Try to do away with soda/softdrinks, candies/chocolates and minimize your rice intake first. Slowly, it will make you lose a few pounds along the way.
