My Favorite ULAM!
Lol. I do not know the english for ulam so I just entitled it with My Favorite ULAM!, lol. Anyways I am currently cooking my favorite ulam, Ginataang MANOK! For people who do not know what is ginataang manok, it is a Filipino food composed of chicken, gata aka coconut milk, squash and long chili, sometimes with string beans but I do not like it so I do not include it, lol. I like it to be very thick and oily, telling this story makes me crave for it. I should better be finishing my cooking soon, lol!
How about you, What is your favorite ulam? and what is ulam in english?, lol!

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new. Welcome to my index page, my more personal page than my slash blog page, lol!
