Not My Usual Meal, My Value Meal
Yes! Yes! Yes! I know this is not a regular meal because this is not your typical lunch and dinner like rice, viands then fruits but wait what I meant with the not my usual meal is that because I only eat the glass. No no no not the glass but what’s inside the glass.. yes no yessss nooo i don’t eat it but I drink it, the juice remember? LOL!
Today I felt very hungry that is why aside from the fresh fruit juice I also eat some fruits and soup from my sick daughter (remember my daughter is sick and she only like soup). Anyways as much as I want to eat rice because of the hunger but I promise myself, just last week actually, that I will try to avoid carbo now to fasten (pabilisin ba? hehehe) my weight loss so I just had fruits and soup as an alternative. It was a success I felt full (actually ini-magine ko lang busog na ko, lol) and it somehow lessen my cravings for solid food (nakakasawa kasi minsan ang juice always hehe).
My juice of the day is a mixture of watermelon and apple, same with my fruits on my plate (tira lang kasi, lol) but somehow ha, the look of my meal looks appealing and made it taste yum yum too (imagine ulit) and with this combo I called it My Value Meal hehehe.
Haaaay you know when dieting, I have learned how to act. Act full (fool), act as not hungry, act as do not like sweets, sinangang, adobo, barbeque and spaghetti hehehehe.. I hope that my acting lessons on dieting would all pay off soon (makapag artista kaya ako?). Haaaaays i feel healthy and always full (acting lang yan hehehe) but really I am happy I am loosing ahhh.. I’ll blog it soon why I am happy hehehe.. I swear I can’t believe that, I’ll tell you on my next post.

Hi Joyce, just keep on going. Once you will see the result, tuloy2x na talaga yan. btw, I have managed not eating rice for about 3 months na. kaya cguro I lost a lot of pounds. It’s hard to believe huh?! I have so many things to share about my diet but I don’t have enough time to blog about it yet.
What, you’re losing na naman? Yay, looking forward for your next entry then.

Grabe pala diet mo. Ako kasi di pwede na walang rice. kahit nung nag diet ako before, may rice - strictly one cup! Tapos puro vegies na. Di ko kaya yang gingawa mo.
