Hehehe my family really supports me with my diet, that is why everytime they are out they haven’t forgotten to bring me FOOD! Yeah right food!!! Kainiz.. Last friday diba I told you that it’s my daughter’s field trip? and guess what they bought lotsaf Gardenia bread and buko pie awwwwww!!!

They totally knew, know, known or whatever fits this sentence, LOL! that I am on a JUICE DIET but they keep on buying foods that I am sooooooooooooooo tempted to eat. But hek hek hek I fall but only a few of it ok hehe, just to have a taste of it so that my cravings would stop errrrrrrrrr.. plus my envy too haaaayzzz.. (kumakain sila ako inde unfair!)

I wish to loose another 20lbs this month, more or less, or if not 20 its ok but I wish not to gain it all back and worst to gain even more, LOL! But fwenzzzz can you suggest me one exercise to flatten my stomach and to get rid of my bilbils hehehe.. aside from the sit ups of course.

Today our ulam is nilaga and I ate a cup but with no rice.. Well I just need a breather to my every juice meal, nakakasawa na din kasi but later i’ll be juicing again my pineapple and watermelon haaaaaayzzz..
