Last Holiday..
Last Holiday 2009, December 24 to be exact, I noticed that NLEX has a 24 hour towing service already, I know it has been the rule but now it more visible because you can now see them at the side of the highway. That good, now it feels much safer to travel north even at night because there is now a visible night in shining armor tow people around, lolz!
