No Smoking
Maybe that is why Noy does not want Malacañang to be his official residence is because the palace is a no smoking zone and Noy is a self confessed smoker. But I really wish him all the good lucks in the world because of the huge tasks that he has to shoulder and I really wish him good health. I hope the president would quit smoking soon and does not wish to try a new type of Acid cigars available in the market.
