I have been ranting all this time on how am I gonna loose some weight and all this time I thought Oprah did it because of her strict diet. But what I found out on a website on Oprah’s secret on how to lose weight fast is also a diet pill? Well I do not know if this is for real but her picture is there, some kinda appearing to be like an endorsement of her.
Well, millions of her viewers and fans thought she did it the natural way but this advertisement of her tell us she did not. I admire her for her discipline before, that out of her richness she manage not to eat the yummiest foods just to maintain her body and that is what she projects on her television show right?

I think the lesson from all this is don’t believe everything you see in print. I’d be really surprised to find that Oprah is really endorsing this nonsense. When you become a so called ‘public figure’ it’s amazing what you’ll find you’ve apparently said, done etc….. Now I’m nowhere in Oprah’s league (nor do I have her bank balance *sigh*) but even I’ve had to post a page on my website about some of the absolute nonsense written about me.
