GMA First Pinoy Idol Winner is..
Who amongst Jayann Bautista, Gretchen Espina and Ram Chavez will be the first Pinoy Idol? Well my true bet is not on the top 3 but among the finalist my bet would be Ram Chavez. I am a rocker fan from American Idol down to our own Idol search the Pinoy Idol. I bet for Chris Daughtry and David Cook before and now for Pinoy Idol Ram Chavez.
Ram Chavez can sing any song and can rock the house down. Being married may seems to be minus points for him to boost his popularity but admitting that aspect of his life is an admirable and noble thing to do. On that fact of honesty and a true talent that runs in his vocal chord that itself is being a true idol.
Jayann would be my second pick, because she is a perfect package. A good quality of voice, very appealing, very sexy, a good performer and of course single and available. 
While Gretchen is the least of my expectation to be able to make it on the finals but I guess it is all about the text votes, your votes makes a Pinoy Idol and I hope this time we should vote the best and not because we want our relative, friend or classmate to win.
I wrote this one and a half hour before they go live on television, so better check out for the ultimate announcement after Kap’s Amazing story and I will update this afterwards.

UPDATED 8:15PM: My thoughts about it? she may know how to sing but there are a lot more deserving finalist over her. I say that Pinoy Idol is not a talent search that can represent Filipino’s singing ability but rather this is a show who is solely for money making. The more text you can send, the more money you can waste through voting, the better the chances that you can be a Pinoy Idol. So if you want to win this show better save a lot of money for texting to be the next PINOY IDOL!
I am still hoping that the management can somehow make this show not an avenue to showcase money over talent. For the future contestants play it fair, it is nice to see results that you actually deserved and not played by money. But unfortunately this time, money won over talent!

Sayang, my first choice is Ram, in spite of having a Kabalen in the final 3. He was already eliminated early in the race.
You’re right, it’s just really a matter of text votes.
While I could only cheer for my Kabalen now, it doesn’t really matter to me who wins at this point.

huwag naman kayong ganyan, hindi ko rin naman nagustuhan ang naging resulta, pero kung iisipin ninyong maigi ang sinabi ng mga judges kina Jayann at Gretchen, ang sabi kay Jayann “not just a singer but also a performer”, ang sabi naman kay Gretchen “you sang like a champion”. In terms of the judges comments, parehong deserving manalo kahit sino kina Jayann at Gretchen, pero in terms of money si Jayann dapat ang nanalo kasi mayaman na si Gretchen.

she sang like a champion that specific night when she was commented that but how come the judges always emphasize that they have to vote wisely and not just plainly for friends sake or family sake kasi nga merong nakakalusot na hinde deserving diba?
anyways ang contest na yan ay ganyan at my resulta na sobrang anticipated na kasi siya ang mapera kaya alam na agad na siya ang winner, so now kelangan na lang nya i-prove na deserving talaga siya..
pero mas madaming finalist na mas sisikat sa kanya im sure.

wla namang dayaang nangyari. i guess its the procedure in choosing a winner ang dapat masisi. If i were the dad of gretchen, ok lang naman na gagastos ako ng 2 million worth of loads just to ensure na manalo ang daughter ko. They have the money so alangan naman na pabayaan ang anak nila? hello! sulit naman! simple analysis! gagastos ako ng 2 million pero may 5 million na kapalit. Parang money contest lang yan like sa mga popularity contest!

Ang sabi ng mga judges kay Jayann “your not just a singer but also a performer”, ang sabi naman ng mga judges kay Gretchen “you sang like a champion. Pareho lang naman deserving manalo kahit sino kina Jayann at Gretchen in terms of the judges’ comments, pero in terms of money mas deserving manalo si Jayann kasi mayaman na si Gretchen

for me ang deserving manalo is hindi SANA from textvotes kungdi sa GALENG ng finalist. kaso TEXTVOTES ang basehan nila kaya KINARIR nila ang pagtetext kahit di naman xa ang PINAKAmagaling..
