Jay Leno Last Show Video. After 17 years of being on air, Jay Leno last show will air this evening, May 29, 2009 on NBC. Jay Leno will start a new show on NBC this fall every 10pm, every night.

Jay Leno said on leaving The Tonight Show:

Will I miss it? Yes, terribly. It’s the most wonderful job ever in show business.

Conan O’Brien will be Jay Leno’s final guest and will took over The Tonight Show starting on June 1, 2009.
